Our founder, Shelly Bouse, had a marketing background and a dream to make an impact. She launched her small service business with passion, but navigating digital marketing proved challenging. Large agencies offered generic premium solutions, while smaller firms either lacked expertise or charged high fees.


Shelly noticed her small business owner friends facing the same issue - generic content failing to resonate with their audiences. Templated websites and impersonal messaging couldn't capture the uniqueness of local businesses - their stories, values, and community connection. Many struggled to connect online.


Determined, Shelly gained industry experience at large and small agencies, but found larger ones couldn't tailor content, while smaller ones only served deep-pocketed clients. With a decade's experience, she knew there had to be a better way.


So she built The Agency - a team crafting authentic digital stories resonating with local audiences and driving measurable results. We blend storytelling with SEO science, uncovering unique brand narratives while defining technical goals for search engines. The end product skillfully combines art and science for exceptional results.
