Frequently Asked Questions

  • Are there any location fees?

    We provide free location fees throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area.  There are location fees outside of the area.  We will quote those based on your location.

  • What is the turn-around time?

    We have a general turnaround time of 7-10 days of production work after the video shoot.  All production times are subject to change based on circumstances.  However, we keep you informed every step of the way so you always know what to expect. 

  • Can clients request changes?

    Yes, revisions are a normal part of our process.

  • Are there any additional fees not mentioned?

    Additional fees could include location fees outside of the Kansas City area, for multiple locations or talent fees for hiring actors or models.  Will will discuss and agree upon this amount during the initial quoting process.
